I'm new to making my work public but I'm by no means new to writing. One of my hobbies as a child was making books from my mom's note paper and staples. Now, I write in my own notebooks, laptops, or wherever there is a scrap of paper. From journaling to poetry to screenplays to songs, I write. That's just what I do. And I love leading workshops and retreats to give other writers time and space to write.
